Arrival

The home is in Hot Springs Village, AR. Your hosts send the exact address and your door code with the check-in details about 24 hours before arrival.

Community gate access

Hot Springs Village is gated, and we arrange your entry ahead of time. Only the hosts can grant access, so if you need to add a friend to the gate list, call us first.

Arriving late? Use the West Gate.

Put the exact gate address in your driving directions, not the home address. Map apps routed to the home address may send you to a gate that non-resident visitors cannot use. The West Gate (111 DeSoto Blvd) is open 24 hours. The East Gate keeps limited hours, so the West Gate is your safest bet.

Front Door

Your hosts send your personal door code with the check-in details about 24 hours before arrival. Enter it on the Schlage keypad to unlock the front door.

Parking

Two spaces directly in front of the home are reserved for you. Additional vehicles can park in the center circle of the neighborhood.
