Check-Out Instructions
Check-out is 11:00 AM. A late check-out is sometimes possible if you ask by the night before. Staying past 11:00 AM without prior approval is a flat $100 late fee, since our housekeeper has a tight schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Before You Leave
- Empty all trash cans and take the bags to the trash bin outside the front door.
- Strip all bed linens and leave them on the bed.
- Gather used bath towels and place them in the laundry basket downstairs in the laundry area.
- Leave the luxury robes and house slippers in the laundry room so we can wash them with the linens.
- Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a normal cycle with heated dry and high-temperature wash.
- Remove all food items from the refrigerator and cabinets.
- Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and other electronics.
- Set the heat to 65 degrees in winter, or the AC to 78 degrees in summer.
- Close all windows, lock all doors, and press the Lock button when you leave.
