House Rules

The home is suitable for 8 guests. Additional guests, such as small children, may be permitted with prior approval. Unapproved additional guests are charged $50 per night.

Please collect all of your belongings before you go. We are not responsible for items left behind.

We welcome up to 2 pets. The $115 pet fee is included in your reservation, and it is the same whether you bring one pet or two, not per pet.

• Clean up thoroughly behind them.
• No pets on the beds or furnishings.
• Never leave a pet unattended unless it is in a kennel.
• Pick up after your pets in the yard using doggie bags and the outside trash can.
• Pets must be leashed any time they are outside the home. No exceptions, for their safety and everyone else's.

If a pet is not disclosed and is discovered during your stay, a $200 fee applies. If a pet damages anything, you cover the replacement cost.

There is no smoking of any kind inside the home. If there is any evidence of smoking indoors, a $700 fee applies to cover cleaning and damage. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please clean up thoroughly and leave no trash in the yard or on the surrounding property.

Quiet time begins at 9:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors with noise and outside activities, and avoid events or loud music. This is our home, so please treat the property, the belongings, and the community with care.

Two spaces directly in front of the townhome are reserved for you. Additional vehicles can park in the center circle of the neighborhood.

Check-out is 11:00 AM. As a courtesy we allow a late check-out when possible. Please request it no later than the night before you leave so we can adjust our cleaning schedule. Staying past check-out without prior approval is a flat $100 late fee.

By checking in, each guest acknowledges they are personally responsible for any damage to the home, its contents, or the surrounding area, and for the costs incurred.

Each guest also acknowledges that Todo en Gracia and those associated with it are not responsible for personal injury of any kind, or for damage to vehicles or personal property. By arriving at the property, guests release the owners of Todo en Gracia from all liability.
