POA Rules

Only the hosts can grant gate access, so we arrange your entry ahead of time. If you need to add a friend to the gate list, call us first. See Phone Numbers for the gates and our numbers.

Guests are welcome at the Village amenities. Check in at each facility when you arrive.

A 5-Visit guest pass is the easy way to sample them. It covers any mix of five visits to the Coronado Fitness Center, pickleball, the Coronado Tennis Center, and the outdoor pool. Buy one at the Coronado Fitness Center or the POA office.

Private golf carts and neighborhood electric vehicles must be registered with the POA and equipped per Village rules, including headlights, a taillight, a tall orange flag, and a mirror. If you rent or bring one, drive it courteously and follow posted speed limits.

Watch your speed and keep an eye out for walkers, cyclists, and wildlife. Deer are common, especially at dawn and dusk.

Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. Keep pets leashed and clean up after them.
